Kristy Stephenson is a Missouri Realtor® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties - West Office. In addition to helping clients buy and sell their homes, she rehabs houses and turns them into successful investment properties. She is a hands on property manager.
She works with non profits to design appeals for donations and companies to grow their businesses.
In her spare time, she volunteers for the Delta Gamma Center for Children with visual impairments and is an active board member for the St. Louis Area Delta Gamma Alumnae group serving as VP Communication.
Kristy was born and raised in St. Louis which brings about the answer to the next question: where did she go to High School? Parkway West. In 1984, she graduated from Drake University with a degree in Graphic Design and Advertising. She worked for Vinyard & Lee & Partners, Kerlick Switzer & Johnson and TBWA. She started her own Advertising agency. She was Creative Director for 24 years. After moving to Kirkwood, she developed soft spot for the little, 1950s Kirkwood gems and within the last 10 years, she has taken on seven rehab projects in the Kirkwood area, eight, if you include a 1967 vintage Avalon camper.
She is a long time member of a book club and has recently taken up cycling.
